"Fast delivery, no real problems"
My order showed up quickly, no complaints there. Everything was reliable and arrived without any issues, I just wish the tracking had updated a little sooner, I was checking it more than I’d like to admit...

"Cute little ducks, from what I’ve seen"
I’ve only really browsed The Duck Company UK a bit, but the main thing that stood out to me is the charm of the designs. The little ducks have this unique, handmade look that makes them fun to look through. Some of them do seem a bit pricey for what they are, and a few designs aren’t really my style, but overall it’s a nice site if you’re after something a bit different from the usual home decor.

"Really good value for the money"
I ordered from dcuk.com and, i was happy with what turned up for the price.
It didn’t feel like I was paying over the odds at all, and the quality was better than I expected. Nice little items, and they definitely don’t look "cheap" either.
Delivery was fine too, no hassle or drama. I’d happily buy again if I need another gift or something a bit "different".

"A nice little win when it arrived"

Bought this as a gift and they loved it, so I’m happy. The duck looked nicely made and arrived in good shape. Delivery was a bit slower than expected, but no big deal. I’d use The Duck Company UK again.

"Lovely duck and feels like a good buy"
I ordered from dcuk.com after having a little read about how they make and source their wooden ducks, and it just felt like a nicer choice than buying some random cheap thing. The duck turned up looking really lovely and well made, and you can tell a bit of care has gone into it. I also really like that they seem to care about where everything comes from. Would definitely buy from them again.

"Nice little gift idea"
I got one as a birthday gift sometime back in May, or maybe it was early June, and it went over really well. It’s a nice option for those smaller occasions where you want to give something thoughtful but not too serious. Delivery was totally fine too. My only small gripe is that I wish there were a few more style options to pick from.

"Cute little duck, delivery was just okay"
I’d heard a few good things about DCUK, so I thought I’d give one of their ducks a try. It’s really cute in person, nicely made, and has that little bit of personality you hope for rather than just looking like a random ornament.
The delivery was a bit slower than I expected, not a disaster, but enough that I was starting to wonder where it had got to. I’m always a bit wary of having to deal with customer service if something goes wrong, so I was relieved it arrived without me needing to chase anyone. I’d probably still buy one again, especially as a gift.

"Super smooth checkout, just missing a few extras"
I ordered from dcuk.com the payment bit was such a relief. I was fully prepared for some annoying checkout drama, but nope, card options were there, everything went through quickly, and I didn’t have to fight the website like it was my final boss.
The only reason I’m not giving it the full 5 stars is that I would’ve loved a couple more payment options, like PayPal, or at least clearer info before getting to checkout. Nothing major went wrong though, so overall I’m happy and my stress levels stayed dramatically lower than expected

I had to send one item back because it didn’t fit, but the whole return process was nice and straightforward. The form was clear, and my refund came through after about a week. It wasn’t instant, but I didn’t have to chase anyone, which was a relief. Overall, I’m happy with how smoothly it all went

I managed to order the wrong item, which was completely my own mistake, so I got in touch expecting it to be a bit of a hassle. To my surprise, it was all straightforward. They sorted the refund for me, and although it took a couple of days, they kept me updated along the way so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. In the end, it was dealt with calmly and fairly. "Lovely little gift"
I got one of the ducks from dcuk.com for a birthday present. Bit of a last-minute idea, honestly. I just wanted something that wasn’t the usual candle, socks, chocolates... all that stuff. It ended up going down really well.
It looked really cute straight out of the box. Nice quality too, not flimsy or cheap-feeling. Just an easy little gift for someone who already seems to have everything. I’d definitely buy one again.
